Our Hearts Pine For You

Our guests travel from all over to see the rare Curly Heart Pine woodwork that is used throughout The Baker. Similar to burled pine, the pattern of the Curly Heart Pine is not typical and forms over time. Years ago, when loggers were transporting cut pine logs down the river, some loads would break and fall off into the river. After the pine logs had been left and forgotten, young pioneers discovered the sunken treasures.
