We encourage prospective brides and grooms to contact us to discuss how The Baker can be used to showcase your dream wedding. Prices below are estimates and provide a good guess as to the nightly price of certain-sized events.
Each price listed is for nightly rentals and includes use of the entire property (including 5 guest rooms in the Baker House, 1 Baker Cottage, the kitchen, dining room, first-floor living room areas, back patio, front lawn, and dining room). We recommend a 2-night minimum rental for weddings and receptions. We believe setting up and breaking down such large events is less stressful on the wedding party when it can be done ahead of time.
ESTIMATED PRICES (Please call to inquire about your specific wedding plans; prices can change)
Weddings at The Baker cost $3,500 for the weekend, while one-day weddings are available for $2,500. Single-day wedding reservations start at 11 AM on the reservation date, and check-out is at 11 AM the following day.
Removing all furniture from the first floor - $500
In order to reserve a date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the total bill. The balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.
